S2M Health-AI, the Preventive Health Portal, manages every step of a cancer screening centre — from the moment a patient walks in to the moment a pathologist signs off on the result. Staff register patients, log clinical details, and issue screening tokens. Operators at each screening centre upload scan results. Pathologists review the files and mark findings. Patients track their own status on mobile.
It connects directly to three medical imaging devices and syncs patient records to India’s national health registry (ABHA / CDAC), making it a complete digital backbone for a preventive healthcare programme.
